Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative supports customers by processing orders, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders accurately
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email
- Maintain records of customer interactions and order details
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
- Review inventory reports and identify potential concerns
- Prepare reports and customer communications as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in manufacturing
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
