Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain valuable experience in administrative support while working closely with senior management. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in managing day-to-day tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication within the company
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize daily schedules and appointments for executives.
- Coordinate meetings, including arranging venues, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
- Maintain filing systems, records, and databases to ensure information is up to date.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Support in managing travel arrangements and expense reports.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
