Qualifications:

• 2-3 General Manager experience HGHLY PREFERRED
• Strong Used Vehicle Manager experience REQUIRED
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to develop and motivate successful teams.
• Solid working knowledge of computers and systems.
• Exceptional communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Successful background in financial/budgeting role.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

The California salary pay range for this position is $15,500.00 - $20,000.00 monthly. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Department Net and Manufacturer Approvability, Total Units. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, qualifications and experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
