• Strong boutique hospitality background
• Food & Beverage leadership experience required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hospitality experience
• Comfort working in entrepreneurial / start-up/ collaborative environments
• Alignment with sustainability, service, and community values
• Valid U.S. work authorization
• Ability to work within a 24/7 hospitality operation
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience with PMS, POS, CRM systems
• Proficiency with Google Suite
• Exceptional attention to detail and operational awareness
• Strong prioritization and conflict resolution abilities
