We are recruiting on behalf of a nationally renowned reproductive medicine group based in Los Angeles, who are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Manager to lead their dedicated nursing team. About the Role

As Nurse Manager, you'll sit at the heart of clinical operations — bridging frontline patient care with wider team leadership and clinic management. You'll oversee the day-to-day running of the nursing department, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered across all stages of the IVF journey. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced reproductive medicine environment, where your experience, judgement, and people skills will be called upon every day.

What You'll Be Responsible For

You'll lead, mentor, and support a team of IVF nurses, manage staffing, scheduling, and clinical workflows, oversee cycle coordination and medication protocol compliance, drive quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives, and act as a key point of contact between nursing staff, physicians, and clinic leadership. A solid grounding in IVF clinical practice — including patient coordination, cycle management, ultrasound support, and documentation standards — will be essential in this role.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a registered nurse with meaningful IVF or reproductive medicine experience, a proven track record in a nursing leadership or management role, a current California RN licence, and the right to work in the USA. Above all, they want someone who leads with empathy, holds high clinical standards, and genuinely cares about the patient experience.
