Manager, Philanthropy Operations & Services (Full-time, Day Shift)

Job Summary:
Supports the system wide philanthropic activities across Adventist Health foundations by leading a centralized operations support team. Oversees the coordination and execution of operational deliverables, ensuring local foundation leadership receives consistent, high-quality implementation support for all advancement functions, including annual giving, campaigns, grateful patient programs, event support, and prospect research. Drives operational excellence, facilitates cross-market collaboration, and ensures the timely execution of system-level philanthropy initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in non-profit management, business administration, healthcare administration, marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Master's Degree: Preferred
- Five years' relevant experience: Preferred
- One year leadership experience: Preferred
Licenses/Certifications:
- Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) accreditation: Required
- CFE: Required
Essential Functions:
- Leads and manages the philanthropy operations support team, ensuring high-quality execution of system-level fundraising initiatives.
- Oversees production calendars, timelines, workflows, and dashboards for campaigns, appeals, stewardship cycles, and donor communications.
- Coordinates with foundation presidents and local teams to align system initiatives with market capacity and workflows.
- Tracks deliverables, risks, dependencies, and milestones, providing regular updates and recommendations to leadership.
- Facilitates consistency and best practices across philanthropy operations including gift processing, data entry, donor communications, and reporting.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
