RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
Lead and develop a team of 3 direct reports – driving performance, accountability, and ongoing coaching, mentoring and professional development
Own statewide merchandising strategy, including development and execution of local programs with a focus on compliance and conversion
Develop and lead quarterly market surveys to track performance and identify opportunities
Account management for key chains in partnership with SGWS/NRS, while leading HQ engagement for priority regional accounts
Execute against chain priorities within assigned accounts to drive distribution, programming and share growth
Partner with distribution teams to ensure alignment, strong execution, and delivery against KPIs
Utilize syndicated data and market insights to identify opportunities and inform actionable plans
Provide monthly reports and KPI status recaps to Senior State Manager
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, distributor partners, and key account to align on commercial priorities and execution
SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
7+ years of experience leading strategy and execution for regional chain accounts
Strong commercial acumen with ability to leverage syndicated data, identify opportunities, and translate insights into action
Proven people leadership skills with experience managing and developing direct reports to deliver results
Ability to manage and influence key customer and distributor relationships at both HQ and field levels
Execution-focused with strong planning, organization, and communication skills to drive alignment and results
Bachelor's Degree preferred
The base salary range listed for this position is $135,754-$165,078 and the salary within the range will be determined by the successful candidate's location, experience, skillset and other relevant factors.
