About the Role

Champion & Nash HVAC is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Pasadena, TX. This role is ideal for a technician with 2-4 years of residential HVAC service experience who is looking to continue developing their technical skills, provide exceptional customer service, and build a long-term career with a trusted HVAC company.

You'll diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, educate homeowners on solutions, and represent Champion & Nash with professionalism on every call. If you're a motivated technician who takes pride in your work and wants to grow with a supportive team, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Perform residential HVAC maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Troubleshoot system issues and recommend the best solutions for homeowners.
• Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and professional service.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and job site.
• Complete accurate service documentation and customer notes.
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and development opportunities.

We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and repair practices.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good organization and time management skills.
• Experience using ServiceTitan is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Working Conditions 

• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments.
• Ability to regularly lift and move 50+ pounds.
• Work may be performed in varying weather conditions throughout the year.
