Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000 annually 

 

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to senior leadership, including CEO Kyle Kazan. This role goes beyond traditional administrative work, you’ll act as a strategic partner, anticipating needs, managing priorities, and helping leadership stay focused and effective.


This position will support executive operations across both Beach Front Property Management and Glass House Brands, requiring exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and scheduling 
  • Prepare meeting agendas and materials 
  • Coordinate communication with internal teams and external partners 
  • Support company events, meetings, and logistics 
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism 
  • Track expenses and assist with reimbursements 
  • Provide general administrative support to leadership
Requirements
  • 2–5+ years of administrative experience 
  • Strong organization and time management skills 
  • Clear communication (written & verbal) 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment 
  • Professionalism and discretion with sensitive information 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in property management or real estate 
  • Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
