Senior Principal IS Program Manager - Remote
The Senior Principal IS Program Manager advises, consults, and manages high-visibility, complex programs that have impact across all functional areas and divisions in Information Services. They work with internal and external leadership and are viewed as a business partner in the delivery of key strategic programs. They rely on extensive knowledge and experience to plan, organize, direct, and supervise teams and program activities in a way that achieves program objectives. They lead processes to accomplish program objectives, manage change, and resolve issues that span across multiple programs. They enable collaboration across teams and stakeholders and lead through influence.
This role leads high-visibility, multi-year strategic initiatives that span multiple business and technology domains, requiring strong executive engagement and enterprise-wide coordination. The Senior Principal Program Manager operates as a trusted partner to senior leadership, delivering clear communication, structured execution, and alignment across complex stakeholder environments. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational discipline, executive presence, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while driving measurable outcomes.
