The role
As our Showroom Accounts Manager, you will lead the team and daily operations, drive footfall and ensure every customer receives an excellent experience. This role blends hands-on showroom leadership with multi-channel customer support (in person, over the phone, and via email), as well as proactive outreach to trade professionals to drive footfall.
You will be responsible for driving sales, growing the business at a city level, lead client meetings in the showroom, as well as helping the team meet and exceed targets across revenue and customer experience. Working with the press team, you will be an ambassador for the Corston brand, helping build its impact and influence in your market.
You’ll be a confident communicator and a natural relationship builder - comfortable engaging with walk-in customers, showroom events, handling technical enquiries queries, and reaching out to trade customers to invite them into the showroom.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, drive and build a high performing team within the showroom team

Ensure Corston showroom is to the highest standard - all displays are neat, tidy at all times

Proactively reach out to trade professionals to introduce Corston and invite them to visit the showroom

Host client meetings, lunch and learns, and networking events within the showroom

Liaise with local relevant industry and media professionals to build the Corston network when required.

Ensure all customer details are collected within the showroom and followed up by the showroom team

Lead by example, ensuring the Corston customer experience is always met to the highest standard

Build strategies to increase business within the city

Work closely with the Training Team to ensure best in class experiences and KPIs are met across service, showrooms and sales
