The Supply Chain Manager at Hyper Solutions is responsible for developing and executing the company’s supply chain strategy to optimize efficiency, reduce cost, and support scalable growth. This role owns planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, supplier performance, and ERP utilization to ensure seamless operations across domestic and international manufacturing partners.
Serving as a key leader within the Supply Chain organization, this position partners closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and external suppliers to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and KPI performance across Hyper’s manufacturing and infrastructure programs.

Onsite in Anaheim, Calfornia with travel required from time to time
Compensation
The anticipated starting salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications and location. This hire will be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, such as individual and organizational performance.
