Hallmark Aviation Services is seeking a DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING to provide Exceptional service
in enhancing the Company Product and Brand TO Well Known International Airlines in the nation.
DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS (Including but not limited to):
- Management of RFP process
- Contract Negotiation
- New business acquisition
- Outline operational budgets
- Report all sales activities to the Senior Vice President - Commercial
- Customer Relationship Management
- Forecasting revenue
- P&L responsibility
- Implement and Negotiate SLA
- Review customer activity and anticipate needs
- Develop new business lines
- Create, update, and maintain marketing material
- Create quarterly reviews for clients
- Attend conferences and customer meeting
- Frequent travel
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with contract and station managers in the Airline Industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills (oral and written)
- Minimum 5 years of airline experience in airport operations or passenger handling
- Energetic, motivator, enthusiastic, self-starter, strong integrity
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to cope effectively with pressure and multiple tasks with minimum direction
- Must be organized, creative and resourceful; entrepreneurial minded
- Experience in Ground Handling contract management desired
- Comfortable with various cultures and their associated business practices
- Projects may require some night and weekend work
- Domestic and International travel is required
