Description

This is a full-time on-site Assistant role located in Irvine, CA. The Assistant will provide administrative and operational support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization. Responsibilities include scheduling, document preparation, organizing and responding to client communication, maintaining accurate records, and aiding in the coordination of services to meet client needs. 

Requirements

- Administrative and organizational skills, including scheduling, document management, and record-keeping 

- Communication skills for interacting with team members, clients, and caregivers effectively Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing documentation and handling records
