Compensation Range: $65-100K

FLSA: Exempt 

Location: Culver City, CA (on-site)

Position Overview:

The Sponsorships & Sales Manager supports end-to-end sponsorship sales and execution, working closely with senior leads to drive revenue opportunities and manage partner relationships. This role coordinates across internal teams, brand partners, and third-party vendors (e.g., venue and production partners) to ensure seamless delivery of sponsorship programs across both on-site activations and digital campaigns—from proposal development to execution and post-campaign reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support account leads (SVP and Directors) in sponsorship sales activities, including research, proposal preparation, and coordination for partner outreach
  • Assist with day-to-day communications with sponsors, ensuring timely follow-ups and alignment across stakeholders
  • Coordinate with HQ, internal teams, and external vendors to support execution of sponsorship deliverables
  • Provide on-site support at sponsorship events (e.g., KCON LA), including sponsor communication and activation monitoring
  • Manage administrative aspects of sponsored content and social media assets, including timeline tracking and facilitating review/approval processes
  • Prepare and update sponsorship decks and related materials as needed
  • Compile post-campaign data and support reporting efforts
  • Handle/manage other projects and tasks as needed


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4–7+ years of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, or brand marketing
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in presentation, spreadsheet, and visual design tools 
  • Passion for K-pop and the K-entertainment industry
  • Professional proficiency in Korean preferred
