Join Our Team
We’re looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work to join our team on a permanent basis. As a Production Line Operator, you’ll become part of our friendly produce packing team in Killarney, QLD (just 30 minutes from Warwick). We’re looking for a reliable, motivated person ready to get involved and make an impact.
This is a Monday to Friday role with opportunities for overtime based on customer demand. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a supportive team, this could be the perfect fit for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating packing and production line machinery safely and efficiently
- Inspecting product quality and maintaining accurate production records
- Sorting and packing fresh produce to meet quality and customer standards
- Keeping your work area clean and compliant with food safety standards
- Monitoring machine performance and reporting any issues
- Carrying out basic maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting
- Following safety procedures and daily production schedules
- Assisting with receivals and dispatch as required
Opportunities to Step Up

- Loading and unloading receivals and dispatch
- Preparing and dispatching completed orders alongside the Supervisor
- Coordinating production schedules and stock allocation
- Liaising with Administration to organise load plans
- Conducting stocktakes and grading produce
- Supervising team members on packing and grading lines
