Day in the Life
As a Project Manager/Grant Program, your days are dynamic. You may start by reviewing grant opportunities and updating the grant pipeline, join client meetings to explore funding strategies, then shift to managing budgets, tracking time, or coordinating with internal teams. You’ll attend conferences, identify new opportunities aligned with HELIX services, and help launch projects that move from grant award to successful kickoff.

Compensation
Salary will be based on qualifications and/or experience, with a robust benefits package. Expected starting pay range of $90,000 to $130,000
