As our Restaurant Assistant Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations to maintain high standards of service and quality.
- Managing staff and ensuring a smooth shift and excellent guest service at all times.
- Leading and motivating staff to provide outstanding customer experiences.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
- Upholding health, safety, and sanitation standards.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally in a full-service and upscale dining concept (preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a dynamic environment.
