About the Company

Baumit is a global leader in the construction materials industry, committed to innovation and sustainability. As part of its digital transformation journey, Baumit Bulgaria is implementing Salesforce CRM, a key step toward improving efficiency and customer relationship management.

To support this process, we are looking for a proactive and organized professional to join the local team as a Salesforce Key User. This person will act as the main internal contact for Salesforce, liaising with the external implementation partner and supporting Baumit’s employees in adopting the system successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main internal Salesforce contact — support communication between Baumit Bulgaria and the external implementation partner.
• Coordinate internal activities related to the Salesforce rollout (collecting feedback, tracking issues, following timelines).
• Participate in testing and validation of system functionalities to ensure alignment with local business needs.
• Provide user support — assist colleagues with day-to-day questions, troubleshoot simple issues, and escalate complex ones when needed.
• Organize and deliver internal trainings to help employees use Salesforce efficiently in their daily work.
• Maintain user documentation and guides, ensuring knowledge is well structured and accessible.
• Monitor system adoption and propose improvements to optimize workflows and data quality.

Requirements

• Completed University degree.
• Previous experience with Salesforce CRM — either as a user, key user, or support role.
• Very good command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate with different internal departments and external partners.
• Good understanding of business processes and interest in digital tools that support them.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in resolving user issues.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial company will be considered an advantage.
