About Us

Jonathan's the Rub - Bridgeland is accepting applications for  full-time Server Assistants. In this role, you will support service on every level and help create memorable guest experiences. We will teach you everything you need to know to be successful and will develop you into an excellent and essential member of our growing team!

Position Summary

As a Server Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our servers and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. From keeping the dining area spotless to assisting with table setups, your attention to detail and teamwork will help create a seamless and enjoyable atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Be present and active on the floor, assisting with running side work
• Bus and reset tables, polish glassware, stock supplies
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Ensure guests’ needs are met by providing attentive and friendly support.
• Collaborate with the team to uphold high standards of service and hospitality.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
