What You’ll Do

As a Shift Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our programs and services. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the coordination of educational workshops and counseling sessions.
• Supporting team members with administrative tasks and scheduling.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely documentation.
• Providing excellent customer service to clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Collaborating with colleagues to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
