CDL-A Driver Training Program
If you've recently earned your CDL-A and are looking for an opportunity to gain real-world driving experience, this position offers a structured training program designed to help new drivers transition into a professional driving career.
No prior over-the-road experience is required. Drivers accepted into the program will be paired with an experienced trainer and receive hands-on instruction covering safe driving practices, trip planning, inspections, backing maneuvers, and daily operations.
Compensation
$680 per week during training
Average weekly earnings of $1,300 to $1,500 after completing training

What You Can Expect
Paid training with a dedicated mentor
More than 200 hours of practical driving experience
Primarily no-touch freight
Ongoing support from dispatch and safety personnel

Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL
Completion of at least 120 hours through an accredited CDL training program within the past two years
Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Stable work history
Ability to pass DOT-required screenings and meet qualification standards
Commitment to operating safely and professionally
